Smith Goffman Partners seeks to sponsor the acquisition of portfolio companies in value driven transactions funded by a network of institutional, family office and ultra-high net worth investors that have been carefully curated by our founders over decades of interactions and other successful deals. We aim to produce superior risk adjusted returns by focusing on companies that are experiencing significant transitions or other operational complexity. Our approach is to partner closely with management and to use our extensive network of operating partners to drive results.
